I updated the sites.google.com/site/multimediadesignvu/hall-of-f-sh-ame [f] Alberto for his excellent sites.google.com/site/multimediadesignvu/resource-s, and the sites.google.com/site/multimediadesignvu/student-contribution-s with a new clip, with an additional reference. Do not hesitate to deploy SGC to update and extend the hall, resources and contributions.

  • 28/2/2011: deadline(s)
Antoine notified me that the deadlines were indicated for monday 10 AM. Since there will be no check on this, I changed the time into wednesday 10 AM, www.cs.vu.nl/~eliens/design/schedule.html which many of you apparently already assumed, at least Antoine did. Sorry for any confusion. But now make sure to have everything online by then, directly available from your portfolio, since time in the lessons is at premium, when everyone wants to have his/her 5 minutes of attention.

After a first round through the portfolio (see your status file under the dots), I am happy to see that most of you are online, and show (again) a great variety of work. Keep in mind that these are the basic exercises, and take the time to explore, and for other experiment with making a choice, good or bad! For those that did not present, yet, I wrote tbd, that means to be done.

Some have an almost finalized portfolio, and others just a basic container, or less. The goal of this course is, explicitly, to end up with a representative personal portfolio, showing your (visual) work in an optimal way. And if you have trouble managing your time or deciding what to work on look at: www.cs.vu.nl/~eliehttp://create.eliens.net/@clip-line-silence.html
